Part No. 2578302231

Supplied as a direct replacement component, part number 2578302231 covers this WASHER - LOCK in the General Spare Parts range for TCM lift trucks. Spring washers and locking hardware maintain bolt tension as joints settle, acting as an elastic element that keeps friction on the thread even when the assembly works slightly under cyclic load. Small hardware failures are often secondary: vibration, misalignment or an over-torqued neighbour caused the damage, so the assembly around the failed item is checked before fitting the replacement. Thread standard, dimension and hardness are matched to the application, and mating parts are checked where the fit depends on them. Suitable for TCM forklift trucks. It is routinely fitted across TCM series including FG/FD Series (1-3.5t IC), FD 50-80 Series and ATH-70 Electric. unit net weight 0.01 kg Minimum order quantity: 1 piece.
